Marcus Shields Studio was established in 2017 to provide creative designs through an applied methodology and design process. For each project a considered methodology is adopted, to enrich the public realm and achieve project goals. 

Working closely with local communities, client and project partners to develop the brief, ensuring the context and particular requirement of each site is fully understood, to create a bespoke design approach.

Expertise covers a broad range of work throughout the U.K. and beyond, including Historic Parks / Estates, Public Realm, Streetscape, Neighbourhood Studies & Community regeneration projects, Green Infrastructure strategies, landscape masterplanning, education, residential and healthcare landscapes.

We have experience of working at all scales from large scale masterplanning and parks to macro scale detail design. We are able to work through all Landscape Institute and RIBA work stages from inception and feasibility, through to site delivery and construction.
